You will own this function end-to-end — partnerships, training, marketing briefs, collateral creation, reporting, and referral growth.

Convert brokers into active, high-quality referral partners who refer qualified clients to Freedom
Educate and present the Freedom referral model with clarity and impact
Brief marketing teams and collaborate on the creation of all broker-facing collateral
Design, build, and optimise referral systems, tools, and processes from scratch
Report clearly and confidently to leadership on performance, trends, and growth opportunities
Build, manage, and grow referral relationships with mortgage brokers nationwide (in person and online)
Handle broker concerns and escalations with professionalism and care
Create all training materials — including PowerPoints, scripts, guides, and resources
Attend mortgage broking events, aggregator PD days, and networking functions
Meet brokers face-to-face and run regular Zoom training sessions to increase engagement
Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to build reports and dashboards
Work with marketing to co-produce presentations, videos, PDFs, and sales materials
Maintain accurate activity tracking and partner engagement using HubSpot CRM
