Undertake as directed the planned preventative maintenance programme (PPM) related to Electrical Inspections and Testing within a wide variety of buildings and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines, statutory acts and regulations
Carry out routine servicing and response repairs to electrical services equipment, including fault diagnosis and rectification
Estimate, requisition and recommend the acquisition of necessary materials to ensure that appropriate and satisfactory repairs and maintenance are carried out following best practice and Health and Safety at Work regulations.
Assist all other trades as and when required.
Undertake the day to day maintenance and repair of building services installations, including lighting, power, emergency lighting systems, energy conservation, heating controls, hot water systems and renewable systems
