Description

• Manage the policy framework and ensure governance processes are followed.
• Research, develop, and review policies that align with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor sector trends, regulations, and legislation - raising key issues at the right time.
• Coordinate consultation responses, working collaboratively with subject matter experts and colleagues.
• Write clear, evidence-based policy briefings that inform decision-making at every level.

Requirements

• Proven experience in policy development, research, and analysis, preferably within the housing sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable policies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong understanding of housing legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Influence positively across the organisation and externally, building strong relationships.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.
