Description

• Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering to optimize project efficiency
• Analyze risks, schedules, and material requirements to support successful project execution
• Support bidding, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and scopes for ground-up K‑12 and public works projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors during preconstruction

Requirements

We are seeking a Commercial Preconstruction Manager with experience in ground-up K‑12 and public works projects. This role leads preconstruction activities, including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of public procurement processes, compliance requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
