Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with other project team members and support completion of all interdisciplinary tasks to the required standard.
Assist in planning, executing, and project close-out and handover according to the deadlines and within budget.
Help process payments to contractors and consultants in a timely manner
Attend and contribute to Design, Progress, Safety, Cost, and Risk Management meetings.
Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
Assist the Project Team in project closeout activities, including final documentation, Operations & Maintenance Manuals, and training.
Review shop drawings and ensuring alignment with approved designs.
Managing relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Gather project status from each Project Management Discipline lead at site and prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
Monitor project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
Provide regular updates to the stakeholders on project status.
Support the Project Engineer with all local authority approvals and compliance with relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Track progress for each area of work and verify completed works against monthly invoices.
Monitor and report on project risks and issues and assist in resolving them.
Assist in managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective project execution.
Supporting the Project Lead by monitoring site works against Master Schedule, Milestones and Critical Path
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Project Management of mission critical facilities
Strong time management & work well under pressure
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Very good Administration skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Clear understanding of commercial & financial processes (Invoicing, approvals etc)
Degree in Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Experience in managing Data Centre Greenfield Construction is ideal but experience in the construction of pharma/ microelectronics projects also highly desirable
Able to work well with others and have good customer service skills
