- Identify and report to management slow-moving inventory and obsolete material.
- Operating forklifts.
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules with Dispatch based on sales request for product and product availability.
- Work closely with the production team to determine items ready for delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams in the plant to ensure continuity and streamlined processes related to material handling, inventory control, and valid documentation.
- Enter dispatch paperwork into the computer using our SAP system.
- See to proper inventory to ensure customers' demands are met in the most efficient manner obtainable.
- Assist in locating items in the yard.
- Assist Dispatch with checking loads for accuracy and signing off on delivery receipts.
- Verify all loads are loaded and dunnage is properly placed.
- Ensure all products are stored in correct location and dunnage is properly placed.
- Maintain the yard in an orderly fashion.
- Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory and OPC items.

- AX/SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
- Inventory control experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related industry preferred.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Forklift experience.
