The Delivery & Handover Specialist plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience during the final stage of the vehicle purchase journey. This position is responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery, conducting professional handovers, explaining key vehicle features, and ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive first impression for the brand.

Address customer queries during handover and ensure any issues are promptly resolved.
Conduct comprehensive vehicle handovers, explaining features, controls, and key technologies to customers.
Maintain accurate records of handovers and delivery checklists.
Capture and record customer satisfaction feedback post-delivery.
Ensure all necessary documentation, registration, and insurance requirements are completed before delivery.
Prepare vehicles for handover, ensuring they meet brand presentation standards.
Maintain regular communication with customers and sales teams to confirm delivery timelines.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries in line with showroom sales and logistics schedules.
Support the marketing or CRM team with delivery photos and customer experience initiatives.
Liaise with the service and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams to ensure vehicles are ready on schedule.

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, delivery, or customer service.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
