Lead the development and management of schedules, budgets, and resources allocated for the implementation of digital initiatives.
Oversee and monitor key performance indicators and reporting/tracking practices for implementing digital practices and adoption of initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in digital technologies to keep the engineering centre at the forefront of innovation.
Develop and deliver onboarding for new hires and training programs to enhance the digital skills of staff within the engineering centre.
Implement the vision and strategic direction for enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to implement and adopt digital systems, tools, and processes.
Lead and manage the digital practice within the engineering centre, with extensive knowledge in varying specialisms, such as IM, BIM, GIS, and Automation.
Lead audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations related to digital technologies and information management practices, such as ISO 19650.
Lead efforts to drive organisational change within the engineering centre.
Act as the primary interface with the engineering centre leadership and other engineering centres on matters related to digital plans and initiatives implementation.
Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for digital delivery services, including detailed levels of effort and risk mitigation strategies for RFPs.
Ensure the technical excellence of digital delivery services for the engineering centre.
Support the engineering centre information manager(s) in integrating information management practices, BIM, GIS, and automation technologies into roadway and infrastructure projects.
Develop and lead the execution of implementation plans for the engineering centre, aligned with the strategy and roadmap to support the business unit's digital goals.
Serve as the primary interface with key client accounts for the delivery of digital services.
Collaborate with leadership and the digital practice to identify and implement digital solutions that enhance project delivery and performance.

Proficient in a range of common data environments, collaboration platforms modelling, automation, design review, coordination and simulations applications, e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Revizto, Synchro, Cost X, etc
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills in effective problem and conflict resolution, management oversight, people management, and escalation.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to digital technologies and information management principles and practices (IS0 19650).
Excellent leadership and project management skills. (PMP or similar project management certification is a plus)
15+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for digital delivery services.
Proven experience managing complex BIM, GIS, or automation programs and projects.
Middle East/Gulf Countries experience preferred but not essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering or Computer Science
Experience in engineering and infrastructure projects.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiple geographical locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
