Helper - Multiple Positions Available

Description

• Operate machinery or assist machine operators
• Examine products for quality conformance
• Observe equipment operations and report malfunctions
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually or with hoists
• Mark or tag parts for identification
• Load and unload items from machines and conveyors
• Clean and lubricate equipment
• Record production data such as counts, meter readings, and timestamps
• Start machines or equipment for production processes
• Place products on work surfaces for further processing, inspection, or wrapping
• Remove waste material, machine attachments, or products from machines
• Pack and store materials and products
• Tie products in bundles for processing or shipment
• Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment using hand trucks or lift trucks
• Signal coworkers to move products during production
• Prepare raw materials for processing
• Measure products, lengths, or weights to ensure specification compliance
• Read gauges or charts and record data
• Mix ingredients according to specified formulas
• Position spouts or chutes for container filling
• Fold products and product parts during processing
• Wash work areas, machines, equipment, vehicles, or products
• Unclamp and hoist full reels using power hoists
• Dump prepared ingredients into machine hoppers prior to mixing
• Break up defective products for reprocessing
• Change machine gears with wrenches
• Cut or break flashing from materials
• Perform minor machine repairs, such as replacing worn parts
• Attach slings, ropes, or cables to pipes, hoses, or bundles
• Work alongside industry leaders and mentors

Requirements

• Thread items such as cloth or lace through needles, rollers, or take‑up tubes
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience)
• No specific certifications or licenses required
