- Must be proficient with engineering design and engineering project management software.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a new product design.
- Expert at interpreting test, diagnostic, and development equipment readings. Proficiency with Altium, SPICE simulation, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project Management software (like Smartsheet).
- Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, e-mail and meeting management software.
- Must be an effective listener, able to maintain focus to extract necessary information and validate understanding of the information.
- Working knowledge of component level circuit design. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze product failures. Ability to analyze test results and apply these results to product performance, design-for-manufacturability, and third-party compliance requirements. Working knowledge of component operation including physics. Organizational awareness.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Able to read and understand simple C code instructions as used in embedded applications. Able to program and interface with microcontrollers using their Integrated Development Environment.
- Ability to use internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively.
- Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Technology.

Salary Range: $85,300-$109,000/annually
