Prepare, execute, and maintain test cases, test data, and defect logs.
Conduct integration testing and UAT in complex technical environments.
Perform manual testing across multiple systems, ensuring test coverage and quality.
Participate in on-site testing activities at UTS’s Broadway campus (minimum 3 days/week).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze issues and validate solutions.
Support Workday FIN or HCM modules testing activities.

Experience: 2+ Years

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our Sydney-based team and contribute to end-to-end testing of complex systems and Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with exposure to Workday FIN or HCM modules.

The role requires strong collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to ensure high-quality testing outcomes in a dynamic environment.

ISTQB-F Certification.
Experience with Payroll Testing, JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence.
3+ years of Integration Testing and UAT experience.
Experience in Higher Education domain.
Collaborative and adaptable team player.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with AI-assisted test case generation and SAFe Agile 6.0.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON for testing.
Experience in Boomi Testing, Postman, SoapUI, or similar testing tools.
3+ years of hands-on Manual Testing experience in complex environments.
1+ year of Workday FIN or Workday HCM testing experience (at least one candidate for each area).
