  • Proven project management and organizational abilities, including experience leading multidisciplinary efforts
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in hydrology and hydraulics
  • Experience with reservoirs, dams, hydropower infrastructure, and sediment transport, climate change effects and resiliency initiatives.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic engineering codes, standards, and modeling techniques, including rain-on-grid modeling
  • A well-rounded background in flood risk reduction, climate resiliency, and complex engineering project delivery
  • B.S. or M.Eng. in civil, hydraulic, or water resources engineering
