Managing and tracking raw materials and inventory (2+ years preferred)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (typically 3+ years in manufacturing operations)
Excelling in organization and time management under pressure
Must be able to work 1st shift (approximately 5am to 2:30pm)
Emotional stability and resilience to handle high-stress, high-demand environments
2+ years of experience supervising a team
2+ years of experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred)
Supervising teams with at least 10 direct reports (2+ years preferred)
Demonstrating strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
