Supervises the regional leadership team.
Adhere to all non-negotiable policies. Provide revision feedback where necessary.
Develop and achieve an approved annual business plan.
Execute client proposals, bids, and contracts (pursuant to the Approval and Signature policy)
Approve Budgeted expenses up to $10,000.
You will be an active participant in the Operational Excellence Team.
Create a culture of teamwork and mutual respect within Wohlsen’s entire workforce.
Utilize Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as prescribed by Wohlsen.
Approve Non-Budgeted items up to $2,500.
Hire, promote and terminate direct reports with prior discussion with Human Resources & Supervisor.
Create Raving fans with our teams, clients, and business partners.
Actively plan and manage succession plans within your area of responsibility.
Requirements

OSHA 30 Certified
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration or similar field, or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel including overnight travel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software systems, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 15 years of construction leadership experience.
Ability to work additional hours as needed.
10-15 years of experience in management role required 15 to 20 years preferred.
