Leadership includes fostering open communication, transitioning work to qualified staff, and acting as a mentor and positive leader.
Candidates must have at least eight years of experience managing roadway projects and hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A proven track record of winning and delivering work in the region, deep knowledge of the full project lifecycle, and established relationships with local agencies are essential. Strong abilities in proposal writing, budgeting, and team leadership are also required.
