The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing on-ground solar project activities. Responsible for supervising installation of modules, mounting structures, cabling, and balance of system (BoS) components. Ensures work is carried out according to approved drawings, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Coordinates with contractors, labor teams, and vendors to meet project timelines. Maintains daily site logs, prepares progress reports, and provides regular updates to the Project Manager. Troubleshoots issues at the site and ensures smooth day-to-day execution.
