Drive seamless leadership engagement by scheduling one-on-ones, SLT meetings and key events, and managing agendas, documentation and logistics end-to-end.
Deliver high-level, confidential support to the Group Executive, managing complex diaries, prioritising workflow, and anticipating scheduling needs to keep operations running smoothly.
Oversee financial administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing, contract support and monthly corporate card coding.
Produce polished reports, presentations, correspondence and briefing materials, and manage Executive and Board paper submissions with accuracy and discretion.
Act as a central point of contact across the business, strengthening stakeholder relationships and keeping communication flowing—especially during the Executive’s absence.
Coordinate all executive travel and logistics, ensuring cost-effective, policy-compliant arrangements and proactively adjusting plans as priorities shift.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to remain calm and effective under pressure while working with minimal supervision and anticipating executive needs.
Certificate or Diploma in Administration or a related discipline (desirable).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong keyboard/typing capability.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging confidently with executives, senior leaders and external stakeholders, and preparing high-quality correspondence and presentations.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders within a large or complex organisation.
High level of discretion, sound judgement and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and managing enquiries.
