We are seeking a talented and ambitious Cost Manager based in the Southwest to work on exciting infrastructure projects in water, environment, highways, rail and power sectors. You will join an established Buildings & Places Infrastructure team, providing comprehensive, accurate and value‑driven cost services for high‑profile clients such as Southwest Water, the Environment Agency, Highways England, Network Rail and National Grid.
Qualified candidates will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and be MRICS accredited or working towards it. Experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects, familiarity with NEC4 contracts (PSC and ECC) and a background in integrated, multi‑organisation teams are required.
