Identify, log in JIRA, mitigate risks and issues throughout the testing lifecycle, acting as the primary escalation point for migration-related problems.
Identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and ensure testing aligns with release criteria.
Provide regular updates on test progress, defect metrics, and release quality to stakeholders.
Oversee execution of agreed test cases and scripts (manual & automated) and analyse results. Log and track defects in JIRA, collaborate with SI developers to resolve issues, and ensure regressions are verified.
Facilitate required meetings and workshops to gather testing requirements, present progress updates to the Programme lead, and manage relationships with cross-functional teams and third-party such as the SI as necessary.
Ensure the SI are delivering to quality criteria set out in agreed designs and report issues likely to cause plan and/or solution deviation.
Assist a cross section of subject matter experts and key business process owners, ensuring effective time utilisation in creating the testing artefacts, ensuring project progress to plan.
Develop or enhance test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) Select, maintain, and optimize test tools and environments as you see fit.
Define test strategies and comprehensive test plans, covering scope, functional, SIT and UAT and resources needed.
