In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance, compliance servicing, and capital upgrade projects across a variety of electrical disciplines. You’ll oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget. You’ll also play a key role in delivering Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and satisfaction of our residents, aligning with Peabody’s values and commitment to excellence.

You’re skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and you’re comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
