Analyze/process non-recurring payments for rent, real estate taxes, CPI escalations, % of sales calculations, and all other charges associated with the client’s leased property portfolio
Research lease related issues
Landlord/tenant billing dispute investigation and resolution
Abstract/data enter leases, amendments and other real estate documents
Prepare account recs and analyze tenant accounts.
