Our client is looking for an inspirational, hands-on technical Engineering Site Manager to establish and lead their Austin engineering team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Previous experience working in a startup is preferred.
Track record in ASIC development or one of the ASIC flow stages (RTL, Verification, Analog Design).
Ability to inspire, drive and instill a high-performing culture within engineering teams.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
Previous experience scaling engineering teams.
Proven experience successfully delivering technical projects, on time to a high quality.
10 plus years' engineering leadership experience in ASIC/SoC design.
