Perform regular schedule updates, including logic adjustments, duration changes, and activity modifications.
Train operations staff on scheduling software, CPM concepts, and schedule documentation.
Support change order reviews and perform or assist with Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) to evaluate delays and recovery options.
Ensure schedules comply with company standards and contractual requirements.
Develop conceptual, pursuit, preconstruction, and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Maintain accurate schedule files, documentation, and software license inventory.
Work closely with field and office personnel to align schedules with construction sequencing and means/methods.
Build baseline and procurement schedules in coordination with project teams and subcontractors.
Prepare monthly schedule status reports and maintain billing schedules.
Participate in project reviews and meetings to assess schedule risk, discuss delays, and propose recovery strategies.

Ability to create, update, and maintain cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
Familiarity with earned value, resource leveling, and schedule risk evaluation.
2+ years of construction field experience.
Understanding of constructability, sequencing, procurement workflows, and baseline planning principles.
Ability to lead Lean planning sessions (milestone, phase, and weekly work planning).
