  • Support variation management, claims defense, and value engineering efforts
  • Oversee project budgets, commercial reporting, and contract performance
  • Drive a proactive risk, schedule, and performance management culture
  • Coordinate subconsultant performance and ensure alignment with Parsons' obligations
  • Oversee peer reviews, constructability reviews, design assurance, and compliance validation across all stadium disciplines (structural, MEP, security, etc.)
  • Lead steering committee updates, executive reporting, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure alignment with FIFA, Saudi Building Code design guidelines
  • Serve as Parsons’ lead representative to the Client and key stakeholders
  • Champion safety, quality, sustainability, and innovation throughout the delivery cycle
  • Lead internal and external teams, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and alignment with program goals
  • Build trusted relationships with the Client, FIFA technical delegates, regulatory authorities, and adjacent project leaders within the wider development.
  • Manage complex interface and integration challenges across design, construction, overlay, and operator readiness
  • Establish the program delivery strategy and oversee all PMCM workstreams

  • Track record of delivering under tight timelines and high public scrutiny
  • Strong knowledge of PMCM delivery models and international consultancy frameworks
  • Proven delivery experience on FIFA-compliant or equivalent Tier 1 sports venues
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary global teams and JV/subconsultant structures
  • Strong command of both design and construction supervision best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Ability to align international partners and adapt to evolving project dynamics
  • 20+ years’ experience in large-scale program management, including stadiums or mega-projects
  • PMP, RICS, or equivalent professional certifications a plus
  • Deep understanding of stadium operations, overlay, and tournament-readiness planning
  • GCC experience strongly preferred
