Requirements

Express Flooring is looking for dynamic Sales Consultants who are passionate about helping homeowners transform their spaces and thrive in a results-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in in‑home or outside sales.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift/move items up to 55 lb and climb stairs.
• Valid state driver’s license.
