Tasks

-Facilitate the development of a Zero Harm leadership culture focused on manager-led delivery of positive outcomes. -Lead and facilitate professional, timely investigations of incidents, including complex investigations using ICAM or equivalent methodology. -Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all Zero Harm matters, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees. -Coach management and staff in health, safety, and environmental awareness, and support the delivery of training and risk assessments. -Support delivery and implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy, ensuring performance objectives are achieved within agreed timeframes.

What You Bring

-Formal work health and safety qualifications (Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline) – mandatory. -Strong practical experience in a Workplace Health & Safety or OHS-related role. -Trained in ICAM or equivalent investigation methodology – mandatory. -Ability to build relationships, influence change, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. -Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and WHS/OHS management system audits.
