Description

Main duties include installing home remodeling products to Mad City's standards, applying finish work as needed, communicating with management after installations to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, completing a job checklist with the homeowner, and treating each homeowner and their property with respect.

Requirements

Mad City Windows & Baths is hiring immediately and expanding throughout the Midwest and East Coast. With growth, they are searching for established contractors with experience in home, condo, apartment remodeling or construction.

Contractors must have at least three years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows or kitchens, an established LLC or business, good communication and customer service skills, and must carry workers' comp and liability insurance. A GC license for Allen County is required.

• Minimum 3 years remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.

• Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
• Hold a General Contractor license for Allen County.
