Lead the design of home propositions that solve real customer pain points
Define seamless end-to-end customer journeys and champion design principles for positive experiences
Collaborate across teams to embed propositions and ensure consistent experiences
Translate customer insights into actionable concepts and service blueprints
Oversee proposition trials and pilots, capturing feedback for continuous improvement

Experience in proposition design, customer experience, or product management – ideally in energy or a similar regulated industry
Ability to lead projects from concept to delivery, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution
Proven experience designing and delivering loyalty campaigns or customer engagement programmes with measurable impact
Strong understanding of customer insight tools, service design, and journey mapping
Skilled at communicating with senior stakeholders and presenting complex ideas clearly
Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation to influence decisions
Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
