

A leading supplier of construction materials, focusing on cement, concrete, aggregates, and innovative solutions.
In this role you will manage concrete supply for a major infrastructure project while overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of Adelaide‑based concrete plants. You will be accountable for production, quality, logistics and customer delivery, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable performance across the operation.
The position requires you to act as the main link between site production and the customer, champion quality excellence, lead plant operations with a strong safety culture, and optimise performance by aligning orders, staffing, raw materials and plant capability to meet demand.
You will also deliver commercial impact through cost control, SAP compliance and P&L contribution, build trusted relationships with customers, contractors and internal teams, and drive results by producing clear reports and developing your team’s capability.
We are looking for candidates with 5–10+ years of experience in concrete operations or heavy industry, proven leadership in plant or project management, strong technical knowledge of concrete production, logistics and quality control, and financial literacy including budgeting, P&L and SAP. An undergraduate degree is desirable and certifications in safety, concrete technology or operations management are highly regarded.
