Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
Ensure all equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, and in a timely manner, resulting in proper function and availability.
Oversee, supervise, and manage the day to day operations of our heavy equipment technicians in the field.
Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture
Perform preventative, planned and unplanned maintenance, repair, overhaul, troubleshoot and test mechanical and electronic equipment according to company standards.
Dispatching of 10-12 field heavy equipment technicians and welders to ensure schedules and timelines are met.

Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED
Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements
CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
Specialty Dealer Training Provided with Certification
Experience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu is REQUIRED
Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician HET with Red Seal - Off Road or equivalent
Specific Manufacturer Tooling with Software and Diagnostics
Off Road HDM experience is REQUIRED
Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
Full Complement of Hand Tools
Must have between five (5) and ten (10) years' Journeyperson experience
Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics
