Leading on the coordination and delivery of planning / environmental work being undertaken by multi-disciplinary teams, influencing project development and delivering optimal environmental and planning outcomes – with a strong understanding of the D&B process.

Experience in consulting and negotiating with planning authorities, regulators and stakeholders
Commercial expertise, including forecasting, project management and quality assurance
Strong experience of working with Contractors and influencing sustainability through design
Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills with experience in reviewing the work of others to ensure quality
Experience in multi-disciplinary co-ordination and leadership of projects, with good project management and technical skills
Excellent working knowledge of the environmental and consenting process, from EIA practices and procedures, including case law, and a solid understanding of environmental and sustainability principles and environmental technical specialisms
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with chartered status or working towards
Experience across a range of project types
