Receptionist (Russian Speaker)

Description

• Coordinate supplies: manage stock of office materials and liaise with vendors when required.
• Provide information: assist with queries in person, by phone, and via email.
• Handle admin tasks: support the team with filing, scanning, printing, and other clerical duties.
• Manage front desk operations: ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors and staff.
• Maintain reception area: keep the front desk organised, tidy, and stocked with essential supplies.
• Manage deliveries: receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
• Assist with travel: arrange staff travel, hotel bookings, and related expense documentation.
• Greet guests: welcome and assist clients upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Support scheduling: manage meeting room bookings and assist with calendar coordination.
• Handle calls: answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Ensure security: monitor visitor access and issue badges in line with office policy.

Requirements

• Communication: fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage.

• Organisation: excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
