- Identify roof issues and complete high-quality repairs (flashing, underlayment, leak fixes).
- Ensure all roof penetrations are sealed and meet quality and safety standards.
- Work with shingle, tile, foam, and flat roof systems.
- Install new residential roofs, perform full re-roofs, retrofits, and roof repairs.
- Support occasional warranty and service calls.
- Maintain clean, safe work sites and follow local codes and company standards.

- Knowledge of materials, methods, and repair techniques.
- OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 Preferred)
- or ability to obtain within 6 months
- At least 1 year of experience in residential roofing (shingle, tile, flat roof).
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR for the past 5 years.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
- Experience using standard roofing tools and safety equipment.
- Can lift 75–100 lbs and perform physical work including bending and kneeling.
- Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and in various weather conditions.
- This is a Safety Sensitive Position and may require additional training such as First Aid, CPR and Competent Person Training.
