Adhering to and maintaining compliance to local Group accounting policies including revenue recognition

Oversee the UK&I Cluster staff cost analysis including headcount and monthly forecasting of costs

Work closely with HR to align on resource tracking vs plans including payroll analysis and control around hiring decisions
Assist the production of the MBR / QBR and delivering monthly management information to EMEA HQ, highlighting any material variances
Lead the forecasting and budgeting process in line with Group requirements. Including timetabling, coordinating / challenging business inputs, and consolidation
Closely support the Marketing & Research teams in understanding financial performance and alignment of service line / financial strategies
Implement alongside the Financial Analyst a suite of reporting aimed at improving visibility on cost and savings opportunities / tracking
Oversee all aspects of monthly reporting including variance analysis, working closely with the Controllership team
Responsible for monitoring the success of the UK&I financial performance and challenge, develop and monitor strategic growth plans
Oversee the UK Occupancy Budget & partner with the FM Team in managing the portfolio and costs
Oversee the one or more team members to ensure they are delivering the end-to-end finance processes
