  • Analyze and manage space utilization across multiple Army Reserve facilities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional reports and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Support force stationing actions—identifying, documenting, and analyzing relocation opportunities.
  • Evaluate requests from external entities for facility use and make informed recommendations.
  • Conduct data-driven studies to optimize use of personnel, equipment, and facility space.
  • Assist in developing space and area master plans to support three-year strategic planning goals.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Experience with military or federal real property planning is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (planning, data analytics, business, or engineering).
  • Travel: 30-40% for meetings, briefings, and field assessments.
