- Safely operating and maintaining a company vehicle for business purposes.

- Collaborating with mechanical teams on engine and alternator swaps.
- Accurately recording work orders and tracking labor using mobile tools and applications.
- Safely operating specialized equipment including torque guns, borescopes, forklifts, and small crane lifts.
- Performing specialized company operations as needed as workload may vary across multiple areas of scope.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting engine mechanical issues with accuracy and efficiency.

- Hands-on experience with generator systems and industrial engines.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Requires standing, walking, reaching, and bending for sustained periods.
- Must possess manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing sufficient to perform essential job functions safely.
- Possess strong technical and hands-on experience in industrial engine repair.
- Successfully pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check to ensure compliance with company standards and safe driving practices.
- Ability to work in both shop and field environments.
- Familiarity with the engine rebuilding process and related diagnostic tools.
- Skilled in operating power tools, lifting equipment, and diagnostic instruments safely and effectively.
- Occasional work in confined spaces or elevated areas.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of engine rebuilding and mechanical systems.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and service manuals.
- Proficiency in engine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and reconditioning practices.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- 3+ years of experience in engine maintenance—preferably within power generation or generator systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring prior experience working with Volvo, Doosan, or MAN equipment.
