Project Manager

Description

• Drive progress on site, resolving issues promptly and maintaining project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, H&S standards, and company procedures.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on milestones, risks, and performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, and internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Manage programme, budget, quality, and safety across all phases.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through delivery and handover.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale new build residential development consisting of 600 apartments.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale residential new build schemes.
• Excellent commercial awareness and programme management capabilities.
• Experience managing projects in excess of £50m+.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Knowledge of modern construction methods and current building regulations.
