Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects in line with Australian Standards, NCC, and relevant healthcare design guidelines.
Digital engineering: Embrace digital tools and BIM workflows to coordinate complex services, streamline design, and reduce risk during construction.
Strong understanding of HVAC, ventilation, air-quality control, and specialised systems (such as isolation rooms, operating theatres, and critical care areas).
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring and supporting others.
