- Tests, troubleshoots, and ensures the successful rollout of the system by training customers to understand the software and its benefits, followed by ongoing support and services.
- Lead technical reviews (design, modeling, commissioning) and execute performance assessments to ensure the effectiveness of real-time optimization systems.
- Implement Advanced Process Control (APC) and process optimization solutions to improved production efficiency
- Provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal of improving productivity and efficiency.

- Proven strategic planning, problem-solving, and operational efficiency skills, with expertise in process optimization, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
- Established leadership skills to effectively manage technical discussion and guide technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, energy, power and water and oil and gas industries.
- Willingness to travel 50%
- Strong background with distributed control systems, process instrumentation and supervisory control applications.
- Expertise in process control to develop and implement advanced control strategies for optimizing processes.
- US Citizen or work authorization to perform work within the US is required.
- Long Term Disability – 60% of pay – Company paid. Ability to “buy-up” to 66 2/3% of pay.
