Occasionally Required: Standing, bending, or twisting. Kneeling, crouching, stopping, and crawling. Repetitive motion. Working with arms raised over head. Working on or from ladders. Exposure to high sound levels.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory
A High School diploma or equivalent
Chiller education required in both troubleshooting and maintenance for air-cooled and water-cooled systems
A state Class A or mechanical license
Must possess Type II EPA certification
Understand duct work and air flow design with sheet metal and duct board systems
Candidates must be able to work stand-by after hours on a rotational basis.
Familiar with DC controls and pneumatics and fresh air machines (examples include: Aaon, Munters, Carriers)
Frequently Required: Walking. Max carry 75lbs. Push/pull 40-75lbs. Exposure to hot and cold temperature. Working at heights. Operate motorized equipment.
Management experience highly desired
Technical experience either through apprenticeship, trade school, or prior work experience
