In this role you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders.
The position involves completing work orders throughout the community, preparing apartments for move‑in primarily through painting, ordering and organizing maintenance supplies, and handling general maintenance projects such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
Qualified candidates must have painting experience, demonstrate clear and positive communication, possess a self‑assured, can‑do attitude, and excel at independent work while taking pride in finishing projects.
