The haul‑truck operator role is performed in active work zones that involve moving mechanical equipment, variable weather conditions, temperature extremes, humidity and high noise levels. Candidates must successfully complete a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, background check, and, where applicable, FMCSA‑regulated ongoing testing.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $21.94 to $25.96 per hour and includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as HSA, HRA, and FSA options.
