Collaborate on a standardized, scalable integration framework that reduces tech debt and accelerates delivery
Champion evidence-based decision-making, documenting hypotheses, tradeoffs, and decisions
Define Clearstory's integration tiers/levels and bring clarity to how they align with customer needs
Ensure integrations deliver a seamless experience across setup, usage, and ongoing support
Establish metrics to track adoption, usage, and health of integrations
Contribute to product team standards, raising the bar for clarity and execution
Translate customer workflows into clear product requirements that balance speed with maintainability
Work with leadership to align integrations with pricing and packaging strategy
Validate opportunities through customer interviews, data, and usage metrics
Work closely with go-to-market teams to understand customer workflows, integration requirements, and solution opportunities
Participate early in technical discussions to anticipate risks and uncover creative solutions
Prioritize integration opportunities based on business impact, customer value, and scalability

Technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, and data models with engineers
Strong ability to translate customer workflows into product requirements
Passion for construction tech and making complex workflows simple
Ability to read and navigate third-party API documentation, quickly learn external systems, and become an internal expert in how Clearstory integrates with them
3-6 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform products
Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or developer tools
Strategic thinking paired with a bias for action — able to zoom out to frameworks and zoom in to details
Understanding of construction financial workflows and systems such as Procore, Autodesk, and CMiC (or willingness to become fluent)
A front-row seat to building a category-defining product
Direct experience working with general contractors, specialty contractors, or owners
