- Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
- Managing multiple projects within the scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensuring quality standards on project deliverables;
- Managing the overall delivery of projects including, project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management;
- Effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business;
- Field work and overnight travel may be required .
- Leading and managing water supply analyses pertaining to local and imported water, groundwater banking, water transfers, and demand management projects;
- Developing business opportunities with new and existing clients and preparing associated proposals.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
- Ability and willingness to perform fieldwork and travel on a limited basis. (required)
- Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers. (preferred)
- Experience managing the overall delivery of projects including, project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management. (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, water resources, environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, or another applicable related degree. (required)
- Advanced degree the same. (preferred)
- Professional registration (i.e., P.E. P.G.). (preferred)
- Experience in water supply, water conservation, and analyses pertaining to local and imported water supply, groundwater banking, and demand management. (required)
- At least 8 years of experience (10+ years preferred) in the water resources field in the United States, preferably in the Southwest U.S.; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
- Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required .
- Minimum Salary: $120,265/year / Maximum Salary: $205,190/year (Los Angeles)
