Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including gender pay reporting, employee rights, pay range disclosure, and progression transparency.
Job evaluation and levelling using WTW methodology.
Familiarity with AON and Korn Ferry benchmarking methodologies.
Strong understanding of pay range design, reward planning, and data analysis.
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence effectively.
Experience supporting Reward aspects of M&A integration (desirable).
Ability to simplify and communicate complex reward and compliance frameworks.
