- Full budgeting responsibility for the Utilities budgets working with the depot/cost centre owners and OD including presentation to the Executive team
- Monthly review of ancillary margins and calculation of monthly cost accruals
- Contribute to Quarterly reviews of the business to Executive team
- Enhancement of current reporting, PowerBI data, adding value and insight by interpreting data
- Monthly reporting & review of all depots & cost centres against budget and prior year
