4- 6 years of experience in multifamily development, acquisitions, real estate private equity, or related roles.
Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
