- Develop, implement and manage a process to ensure the Project Contractors and stakeholders provide the information required to manage the interfaces.
- Keep the Project Contractors, stakeholders and other relevant parties informed of the timing and nature of any proposed or planned works.
- Monitor, manage and coordinate the integration of the works carried out by different project stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety reequirements and encourage contractors to perform in a safe manner.
- Coordinate with design and contracts team on constructability issues.
- Monitor work activities and the quality of work performed by the contractor.
- Oversee the management of key construction interfaces amongst stakeholders.

- Experience in airfield lighting systems, aicraft or heavy-duty pavement.
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved and current knowledge of new methods of design and construction.
- Ability to influence and engage in a collaborative working environment with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining necessary levels of commercial awareness.
- Prior delivery partner or client-side project management experience is preferred but not essential.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable delivery of leadership and behavioural change within a large organisation and with outside organizations.
- Familiarity with CASA MOS Part 139, ICAO Annex 14 is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in the successful management of major projects in the aviation industry.
