Wash walls, doors, and windows in shared areas.
Support seasonal upkeep tasks, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
Monitor and restock sanitary and cleaning supplies to maintain proper inventory levels.
Replace light bulbs in common area lighting fixtures as needed.
Assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing air filters, minor touch-ups, and basic repairs.
Maintain floors, vacuum carpets and rugs, wash and wax hard surfaces, and clean tile grout.
Ensure all trash receptacles are emptied and waste is transported to the designated disposal area.
Complete requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
Assist in inventory control of janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies.
Clean and maintain all common areas, including front lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and parking areas.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the community with a positive and courteous attitude.

Basic knowledge of light maintenance tasks is a plus.
Personal standards of appearance and dress compatible with the Company’s standards.
Ability to complete daily assignments with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and equipment.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
Snow removal and landscaping experience a plus.
1–2 years of janitorial, cleaning, or porter experience in residential or commercial settings.
Demonstrates accountability and reliability by taking full ownership of projects and outcomes, prioritizing precision and attention to detail, and approaching challenges with grit, resilience, and proactive problem-solving, while continuously engaging in learning and development to enhance performance; fosters collaboration and a resident-centered environment, ensuring empathy, respect, and cross-functional success in all interactions.
Must work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or Sunday-Thursday 7am-4pm
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation required.
