Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator you will oversee various underground utilities projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This involves close collaboration with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts permits, dig tickets and change orders
- Actively communicate with superintendents and construction manager throughout project life cycle
- Work with Project Manager to develop, drive and implement project goals

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint plans and project specifications.
- Auto CAD experience is a plus

- Data input in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word. PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and high attention to detail.
